Canon SLR Cameras

Im looking for the best camera for me. I take pictures of all star cheerleading and im needing a VERY quick good quality camera. im looking for good in low lighting taht chnges tone alot (such as moving lights and bright lights to low lights. Im not a begginer and im tired of waiting 30 million seconds for my camers to take a photo.. then it has a blur…. so is this camera right for me? i you know of any other good SLR’s TELL ME PLZ! ohh yeah… low budget! im not a millionaire!
